Things are changing with Epiphany. Suddenly, this isn’t just about the chosen few. Other people, all of us actually, are included in God’s plan.
But just what that means isn’t clear from the first reading (Isaiah).
Sometimes being included really just means getting to pick from whatever’s left over. Like that last slice of pizza no one else wants.
That’s not what it means here. Sunday’s Epistle (Ephesians) tells us about our place in God’s plan. And God’s version of being included is anything but leftovers.
