Sunday was like it was still Easter. There were all the extra “alleluias,” people getting sprinkled with baptismal water, the church was still covered with all of the Easter stuff.
Like the Church was saying “Look, we went to all the time and trouble to do this, so you can just enjoy it for a while.” Well, kind of.
Fine. It's 3 weeks later. We’re still "Easter-ing." Why?
Because there's more to this than just Easter Sunday.
The Resurrection isn't a frozen moment, a snapshot of Jesus rising from the dead. It's also about what happens when people get it. And how it changes their lives.
