What list?

We’ve all got stuff we need to do.  For most of us, we need a list – maybe a couple of lists – to keep track of it all.  And somehow, we still don’t get it all done.

It’s like that with hijacking my negative thoughts.  It’s easy to say, but it’s a lot harder to actually do it.  Not that it doesn’t work when I do it, I just forget to do it.

So it’s a struggle.  Some days it feels like I’m starting over from scratch.  Like I’ve never done it before.

But I don’t have to do it alone.  Like Sunday’s Gospel (Mark) shows, help is waiting for me.  All I have to do is ask, and He’ll do a lot more than just meet me halfway.
